Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with 30Glycolic.com is easy. There's no need to create an account.

Finding Items
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Our Search engine is located at the top left of every page. Directly beneath our Search engine are our Product Categories. Click on a Product Category to browse a list of items. When you find an item that interests you, click the image or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from 30Glycolic.com, click the "Buy Now" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the "Keep Shopping" link found at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page to keep searching for more products. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item stored in your Shopping Cart, click on the "Remove" button found below the product's description. If you would like to change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" field then click on the "Update Quantity" button.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart click the "Check Out" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Then you just fill in your shipping and billing information and you're done! Congratulations and thank you for your patronage!
