Mint Freshener. Specially formulated to inhibit dermabrasion
and bacterial infections, this acne fighting freshener
is guaranteed to keep skin clean. Also includes Peppermint
Oil to remove oils stubbornly clinging to the skin after
cleansing.
Our Mint Fresheners
do not contain drying alcohol. Alcohol dries
out the surface of the skin by removing water and stripping
ALL of the natural oils from the skin's surface. More
than 95% of all toners and astringents on the market
contain drying alcohol or witch hazel. This is particularly
bad for dry or sensitive skin. The skin's natural defense
mechanism to surface stripping and over-drying is the
OVERPRODUCTION of sebum oils in an effort to re-balance
the skin. This causes breakouts and sometimes results
in acne-prone skin.
It
is important to remove
any cleanser residue, inhibit dermabrasion infection,
and wipe out the effects of bacterial and fungal growth
on your skin's surface. Fresheners can accomplish this.
