To return an item, you must follow the simple instructions below:

1. Email us at refund@30glycolic.com with your name, address, phone number, and the reason for your return in order to receive your RMA number. Make sure the subject line of your email includes your Order Number.

2. Once you receive your RMA, print the email and attach it to your original invoice if available.

* This offer is valid for new customers only. Any refund must be requested AND products must be returned WITHIN 120 days of the first order. Products received after 120 days will NOT be refunded. All refunds are subject to a returned merchandise fee of 10% of the total purchase price. Refunds will not be given if returned bottles/jars were emptied prior to shipment. Exceptions to any of these conditions are at the discretion of management only. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. It may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction after it has been processed by 30Glycolic.
