Here at 30Glycolic, we truly value our employees as well as our clients. The company periodically closes to reward
our employees with time off according to the schedule below updated without notice. Emails will still be responded to promptly.

March 10th - 18th (orders will ship March 19th)
November 23rd - 25th (Thanksgiving orders will ship November 26th)
December 24th-25th, 2012 (Orders will ship December 26th, 2012)

We ship nationally to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories like Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and others as well as internationally to Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and many, many other countries.
Special Note:
We do
not ship to Africa due to continuing fraud issues with orders originating from such countries
as Nigeria. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope
such issues will be resolved in the near future.
Duties & Taxes:
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties, taxes, customs fees and/or brokerage fees in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all fees incurred. 30glycolic.com CANNOT determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, any and all return shipping fees will be billed to the buyer's method of payment or subtracted from any refund issued upon return of refused goods in new condition. Lost or damaged returned packages will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Processing Time:
Orders received before 2 p.m. MST Monday through Friday are processed
the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders
received after 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday are processed on Monday
or by end-of-day Tuesday.
Shipping Rates:
$9.95 for United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
$11.95 US territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico,US Virgin Islands.
$23.95 for Canada. Please note that our shipping rates to Canada have increased from the previous year. We ship using the US Postal Service which charges more initially but does not charge the brokerage fees UPS charges. Shipping via the Post Office saves our Canadian clients $10 US.
$38.95 for International.
General Delivery Times: -
United States including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories have
an estimated delivery time of 3-7
business days.
Canadian orders have an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.
International orders have an estimated delivery time of 10-14 business days.
UPS is 30glycolic.com's preferred carrier in the contiguous U.S. Please note, undelivered or refused packages will be subject to a return fee of $9.95.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, Guam, Puerto Rico,
the US Virgin Islands and other US territories, and all International countries including Canada will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
